Am I Still Exhausted or Am I Already Burning out? 1366 768 Carolin Weinheimer

At the end of a tiring workday, the question often arises: Was it worth it that I am so exhausted now? And when does chronic exhaustion end in burnout? Christina has researched all these questions and recorded the answers in her new book “Das war die Anstrengung wert! Was Menschen brauchen, um von ihrer Arbeit nicht auszubrennen – Joyfully Exhausted.”

The book title translates into “It Was Worth the Effort!: What People Need to Avoid Burning Out From Their Work – Joyfully Exhausted.” Exhaustion does not have to be bad and, above all, does not have to end pathologically. However, as soon as we no longer consider our work worthwhile or recovery fails to occur, burnout threatens and we burn out.

Christina describes how we can prevent this in her book, supported by current research, practical evidence and many strategies. The target group? Everyone who has a job and wants to continue doing it in a healthy and productive way.
