The Shared Leadership Bot is an AI that we primarily trained with “Shared Leadership. For more engagement and better results thanks to shared leadership” and other writings by Randolf and Thomas. Its task is to be able to talk to its users about shared leadership, answer questions, and explain the background.
Of course, the bot does not replace reading the book or attending a training course. But it can do quite a lot: find solutions for specific problems, explain the theory behind the lived practical examples, or give tips on the implementation of shared leadership.
